Real-Time Data Capture via Tablet
Soon users will be able to use tablet devices for the recording of real-time data directly into their Internal DCN Library.
In more detail, you will be able to:
Upload form templates into DCN
Designate assignees for completion
Set up a reoccurring completion schedule
Track missed assignments
Capture data directly onto the form and store the form directly into your DCN Internal document library
Improving Tracking and Management of Certificates of Insurance
The next exciting feature coming to the Document Compliance Network interface is an enhanced way to track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) where users can set the minimum coverage requirements in the setup and suppliers will enter their specific coverage amounts into DCN. The result will be a more accurate and simpler auditing of required coverage dollar values.
