Any time I have reached out with a question whether by phone or email I have always received a prompt response. When things have taken longer than expected to resolve, customer service has continued to give me updates on the status of the issue. I have also appreciated the extra mile gesture when the Director of Customer Service reached out just to ask how things were going and to see if there were any unresolved questions or issues.

We switched over to Document Compliance Network a little over a year ago and love it! Emails requesting updated Food Safety Documentation are sent as scheduled with no input from us, and they clearly lay out what docs are needed and allow our suppliers to submit directly through the email. We have great visibility on which suppliers are compliant and which require more follow-up, and I love the feature that allows us to see who approved what and when. Without a doubt DCN is the best value for your money, and money aside, they are my favorite system for tracking documentation.

I recently started using the program and have been very impressed! This is the easiest Supplier Document program that I have ever used including other large Supplier Document programs. The response from the suppliers has been amazing which has only increased compliance. The review function is easy to use, including providing feedback. Uploading documents is also super easy! The Technical support for this program is also top notch.

Before we had purchased Document Compliance it was a nightmare trying to find anything around here. Everything was still on paper and slowly getting entered into the system. Now, everything is uploaded quickly and up to date. I love this software so much and I only spend a few hours a day working on it. I am not the only one here that relies on documents that are uploaded to this software. It is just so much simpler to log onto it, enter the item number, and everything is right there at your fingertips. You can print a report or email the documents to whomever is asking. The best part about this software is that I do not have to physically upload all the documents myself. I see something is missing, I send a quick link to our supplier, and they can upload the documents themselves. It saves hours of labor on my end.

Our company has only been using the program for a few months and we are already seeing a tremendous improvement in supplier response time for document requests and minimal resistance from suppliers to use the portal to upload documents. Aside from that, it is very easy to use and manage and is a huge time saver in comparison to how we managed our supplier documents in the past. Next we will be using the customer and internal document features and leaving our excel spreadsheets in the past. We are happy we made the decision to choose Document Compliance Network.

Document Compliance Network may seem simple from the outset, but so much goes into the backend and that's the real charm here. Anybody can pick it up and use it, but there's a lot of complexity in the background. It performs exactly as I need it to in order to curate and maintain documents and without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that bog things down. You may store supplier documents, establish methods for notifying all parties of revisions, and retrieve whatever documents that you need to conduct business. Other document management options tend to overcomplicate things. Document Compliance Network provides just enough functionality to cover all bases.

It's cost-effective and the system is easy to use. Their customer service is outstanding! The team is excellent and always available to support along the way and answer questions and concerns.

Document Compliance has been a great application addition to our food safety and quality programs. Much more affordable for small business owners than some of the big-name document programs out there. The support is excellent and included in the program. Any time I have a question, I send an email and get a response within ten minutes. The program is constantly being updated to improve efficiency and the user experience. The program can used to manage any type of documents with suppliers, customers, and internal employees. I'm 100% satisfied with the product and service.

We have been with Doc Comp for a couple of years and we were slow to initiate the system, but they stuck with us and helped get things rolling. The customer service has been very helpful and responsive to comments and requests.
